1 - Use a saw to cut the rough shape of the car.
2 - Drill a pocket for weights.

3 - Install weights into the pocket.

4 - Use a rasp to finish shaping the block.

5 - Use coarse sandpaper to remove scratches made by the rasp.

6 - Use fine sandpaper to remove scratches made by the coarse sandpaper.

7 - Paint the car.

8 - Use a file to remove rough flashing from the axles.

9 - Polish the axles with 1000 grit paper.

10 - Polish the axles with 2000 grit paper.
11 - Polish the axles with 3000 grit paper.
12 - Lubricate the axles and wheels.
13 - Install the axles and wheels onto the car.

14 - Finish putting any decorations on the car.
15 - Adjust the final weight of the car to 5 ounces.
